Tours are subject to cancellation if the minimum requirement of 3 guest are not met.

A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION requires that we weigh each passenger prior to departure. The weigh in process is very discreet at check-in. It is critical we receive the correct way upon booking your reservation for helicopter weight and balances purpose. Any significant variance in weight provided an actual scale weight could result in flight delays or cancellations.

This helicopter tour is a private tour for 2-3 passengers! Tour can be flown with or without doors, though we highly recommend our no door option!

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS:

2 passengers: Max individual weight of 275 pounds.

3 passengers: No more then one passenger in your party of 3 can be over 200 pounds. (MAX individual weight of 275 pounds apply)

If passengers show up to check in over the weight limit, Mauna Loa will not accommodate the flight and passengers will be responsible for the cost of the flight.

CancellationPolicy:  24 Hour cancellation Policy

• Tours canceled after 24 hours prior to the flight, or passengers who fail to show up 40 minutes prior to flight time, will be billed the full price of the tour booked.

• Passengers who miss their scheduled flight time due to a late check-in (check-in is 40 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time) will be charged a fee of $100 if they are able to reschedule.
